Agreement

By using AutoEditz, made by Nestuary Wellness Inc, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app or website.

What AutoEditz does

AutoEditz is a Mac app that records your screen and edits the recording for you, cutting filler words and silence and framing the action. You can optionally create a share link so others can watch a recording online.

Your content

You own whatever you record. By creating a share link, you're giving us permission to store and serve that video so people with the link can view it. You can take it down at any time by deleting the share link.

You're responsible for what you record and share. Don't share anything you don't have the right to share, or anything illegal, harmful, or infringing on someone else's rights.

Acceptable use

• Don't use AutoEditz to record or share content that's illegal, abusive, or violates someone's privacy
• Don't try to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the service
• Don't share copyrighted material you don't have rights to

Copyright complaints

If you believe a shared video infringes your copyright, email abuse@autoeditz.com with a description of the content and where it's hosted, and we'll review and remove it if warranted.

Ending your access

We can suspend or remove access to the service for anyone who violates these terms. You can stop using AutoEditz and delete your account and share links at any time.

No warranty

AutoEditz is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep the service reliable, but we can't guarantee it will always work perfectly.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Nestuary Wellness Inc is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of AutoEditz.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll post changes here with a new "last updated" date.
