Who we are

AutoEditz is made by Nestuary Wellness Inc. This policy explains what data we collect when you use the AutoEditz app and website, and how we handle it.

What we collect

Recording and editing happens on your Mac. Your screen recordings, transcripts, and edits are processed locally and are not sent to our servers unless you choose to create a share link.

If you create a share link, the video file and its share metadata (title, duration, view count) are stored on our servers so the link can be viewed.

We also collect basic account information if you sign in to publish or manage share links, and standard technical logs (like IP address and browser type) needed to run the website and prevent abuse.

How we use it

• To host and serve videos you choose to share
• To show view counts on your own share links
• To keep the service secure and working properly
• To respond to support requests or abuse reports

We do not sell your data, and we do not use your recordings to train AI models.

Where it's stored

Shared videos are stored using Cloudflare R2 and, for archival, Backblaze B2. Account data is stored with Firebase (Google Cloud). These providers host data securely on our behalf.

How long we keep it

A shared video stays up as long as your share link is active. You can delete a share link at any time, which removes the video from public access. Recordings that are never shared stay only on your own Mac.

Your rights

You can ask us to access or delete any data we hold about you by emailing us at the address below. We'll respond within a reasonable time.

Children's privacy

AutoEditz is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We'll post changes here with a new "last updated" date.
